    Default MMW 4-2-1 Instal

For now, just have a couple of questions before I begin this instal.

Will I need a new gasket(between header and engine)?

What is the size in mm of the O2 sensor(for socket)?

I plan on taking lots of pics and possibly doing an instal write up, as I have not found one. I understand installing a header is pretty straight-foreward, but a detailed list of extra items needed and a step by step procedure would probably be useful for others. Plus, I just bought my first digital camera; and I'm all hyper about it right now!

I imagine that the compnay would've sent you new gaskets with the header... If not go to your local dealer and just order.

As for the o2 sensor, just invest in an o2 sensor wrench, trust me its worth it if you plan on continually modifying your exhaust components.

The wiring makes it impossible to get a socket wrench in there, and using a crescent wrench to take it out, is a total pain in the ass.
