What gives more HP?

I am new to this site and I have learned alot. The best desicion I made was to join this site. I was looking at the conversation about the pulleys and I read somewhere that for the 07-08 scion tc it was hard to get the pulleys out with out going to the dealer. Is that true? Thanks for all your great info.

i thought that was referring to the s/c. they made it hard to get the pulleys out with the s/c so you cant (but can anyway) modify it. other than the MAF Sensor on the intake, no signifcant changes were made in that respect btwn 05-06 to 07-08

nope not hard at all .. my boy removed my passenger wheel and used some tools that i've never seen before and within 15 minutes the old one was out and my Agency Power was in .. i was on the computer in his office 5 minutes after he started so i didnt see the full process .. sorri .. but no its not hard bro

I wouldn't go as far to say that the generic parts do the same as the name brands. The price I gave the exhaust was for a full cat back exhaust. The HKS and Greddy are axle-back I believe, which don't really do much in the performance area. More for looks and sound. And if I am correct the Injen SRI and CAI are the same thing. It can just be configured both ways. You still have to pay the CAI price.

Yea HKS axle back is like 250bucks. and like u said more for sound!! so not worth it!!

The supercharger gives more than 40hp. It has dynod on numerous occasions between 190-200whp. The equals about 220-230hp. TRD underrated the supercharger. 225hp from 160hp is a pretty substantial gain IMO. Thats a 40% increase as opposed to their claimed 25% increase

have you had any problems with your supercharger and do u wish u had gotten a turbo instead of a s/c

I can answer that. Nope no problems with the S/C whatsoever. Yes, I did wish I had a turbo. So I got one.

Well my supercharger is for a tC with the new engine. So I can only swap ECU's with a 08 or 09. (maybe 07 idk) But when you get your supercharger installed Toyota Re-flashes your ECU for the supercharger. I have that re-flash on mine, and if someone wants when they get the S/C we can just swap ECU's which saves us both money.

How far from NOVA are you? Further, why are you selling it for dirttttt cheap? I want ether turbo or SC but that price sounds too good to be true darlin.
