Umm.. Weapon-R/Monster Motorworks currently makes the best header for the tC. It is the most expensive, but you gotta pay to play. Its about $565 shipped from Creative Compacts but it also includes an s-pipe. The 3 other brands you names all cost almost $300 new and an s-pipe costs between 150-200. So in the grand scheme of things, the MMW is totally worth it.
TRD supercharger, MMW supercharger intake, MMW header/s-pipe, DraXas cat-back exhaust, TEIN Basic coilovers, DC Sports strut bar, Progress sway bar, 18" Konig Unknown w/ Toyo Proxes 4, CC short shifter, Viper remote start alarm, tC door sills, 35% tint, s2000 antenna

I haven't checked to see what the Megan runs with S-pipe, but Monster Motorworks has their header which includes S-pipe on sale for $550 until May 1st.
