best intake for 08 tc?

    Default best intake for 08 tc?

    hey im pretty sure aem or injen would be the best right? cold air or not im kinda scared unless theres a bypass valve

    well looks like theres no aem for the 08 so im gonna get the injen eather black or polished idk but what does this mean no carb off road use only? what does that mean exactly?

    No carb means that its basically illegal to use on the road in california. Cali has strict rules regarding air pollution and car modification. If a part meets the minimum requirements regarding the change in exhaust gas chemicals (the less carbon and such in exhaust fumes) then it can get c.a.r.b. Approved, and the part will have a little sticker.

    Unless you live in cali, I wouldn't worry about it.

    IDK where you happen to be looking for AEM intakes at but my friend has an 09 tC and she has an AEM intake. One website that sells AEM is Ptuning.com - Performance Auto Parts Warehouse, Installation, and Dyno Tuning Services
