You have to get a stripped bolt remover to get it off. Go to sears and pick one up for like 20 bucks, and you have a to havea drill too. I dont understand why toyota did that...oh wait...it is so you dont change the SC...
A stripped bolt remover eh? What do I need to drill?

You gotta drill into the bolt, and then back it out. If you not comfortable doing it, take it to a local shop, and ask if they can do it. Should cost you like 30-50 bucks, and 15 mins of time.
I think ill just let someone else do it. I'm comftorable, but for 30-50 bucks ill just have a pro do it.
