    Default hmmm header leak...

installed headers last week, noticed that the bottom has a leak. loosened it up on the bottom where it connects to the s pipe and re-aligned it. Tightened it up as tight as i could get it and still I get a very small leak out of the spot where the bottom of the header connects to the S pipe. I figured I would take it to a mechanic and have them hit it with an impact gun.

what do you guys think I should do, anyone had a problem with ehaust gases leaking out where the S pipe connects to the header?

you could call the company that you purchased from and tell them that you have this problem but the mechanic thing should be done if the company doesnt have a solution to your problem
