I do not believe it will void the warranty but do not take my word for it
any CAI (Cold Air Intake) made for '06 tC will fit just fine
Almost everyone who have had CAI in the past experience some "water"
problems, so most of them (including myself) are using SRI (Short Ram Intake) now.

Voiding warranty really depends on how good your dealership is. They can only deny your warranty if the modification was the source of the problem. The thing is, if you have a bad dealership they can make all kinds of dumb claims such as: intake = too much air in the engine = your car ran too lean = you blew up your own engine. See what I mean?
I didn't have any problems with the warranty from my last vehicle. I did quite
a lot to it.

CAI isn't as bad as everyone says you just have to drive repectivley in the rain, avoid deep and I mean DEEP puddles! Also If they find the intake to be the source of the problem then no but if your so worried about that then have them install it for you, anything you do voids the part you changed
