What turbo kit and piggyback are you running? What type of exhaust and size of injectors? Did you have it professionally tuned.

Did you reconnect all your sensors?
zpi racing stage 1 turbo kit, greddy emanage (blue), 550cc injectors, tuned out of the box for 8psi.
Check for a cracked exhaust manifold. ZPI manifolds are known to crack and could be related to your issue.

How are you dealing with your sensors?
Electric CEL fixes, mechanical fixes? Piggy-back fix?
Also Navy's idea sounds like a good one. You're only throwing a CEL and pulling codes if a sensor reads something out of whack, so looking at your exhaust manifold would be a good place to start.

They (ZPI) were notorious for manifold cracks. This was either due to metallurgy, manufactured stresses, or poor welds. These guys outsourced almost all of their work. Quality lagged a great deal which added to their demise. You can contact Kenny Strickland (former ZPI owner) at Turbochargers.com and see if he can help you further. As always, we are here to help as best we can.

It was the spark plug spacing, they were gaped to much so i drop them in more, burning the excess fuel that wasn't burning off causing the codes to be different. go figure, thanks for all the help though.
Good to hear. I assumed that you had checked the plugs (found OK) when you said the misfire codes went away. My bad.
