    nothing will happen if you just do a flywheel. A lightweight flywheel is actually a really good mod.

    Most people will just say to get a lightweight flywheel when you need a new clutch is so you can save money on the install. That way you would only have to pay a mechanic to get to the transmission. This way you can also get a flywheel and clutch combo.

    I've never driven a car with an aftermarket lightweight flywheel on a stock clutch though. So i cant say much there..

    is there anyone with just the flywheel in? i wana know how the car performs with just that in.

    The only thing the LWFW will do is decrease the time it takes the car to get to a certain RPM(IE Idle-3000 Before LWFW: 1.5s After LWFW: .7s-This is just a example I have no idea the real times). I personally dont have any experiance with just the flywheel, but my friends tC ride just fine with a ClutchMasters LWFW in.

    It should be close to that of a LW crank pulley, if not, more pronounced.

    Question

    What aftermarket clutch do you guys recommend? I'm looking to get a new clutch esspecially before I go F/I. What brand do you guys recommend and should I get a Stage 2 or Stage 3? Let me know.
