Does anyone notice it? I thinks its because of the drive by wire. I heard a good grounding kit would solve it, also a light wieght crank pulley would help. Is that true? I might try the grounding kit first.

Well, apparently my eloquent essay did not post last night. My Fiancee gets on my laptop all of the time and makes statements like "Oops!", "Why did it do that?", and "What does it mean you have attempted to download a virus? I just tried to open this attachment in my e-mail 'I Love You.exe'".
So here is the short and simple;
- All Scions/Toyotas are adequately grounded/shielded. Only high amperage draw items like a I.C.E., driving lights, airbag suspension pump, etc. would benefit from enlarging the grounds in the engine bay.
- Grounding kits are nothing more than larger, pre-terminated cables to replace the factory grounds. Some include a capacitor is not sufficiently large enough to make much difference. Save your money and just use quality 4ga power wire used for car audio amps. It is the same that comes in these kits.
- Non of this will have any effect on the DBWS (Drive By Wire System).
- The LW crank pulley relieves mass on the rotating assembly which allows the engine to rev up slightly faster. It is noticble on the butt dyno which can give a false sense of better throttle response. The throttle delay, however, is still there.
- Throttle delay is not very pronounced on the tC as in other Toyo products like the '07 -up Tundra's and Camry's.
- Blitz USA and SPRINT BOOSTER TOYOTA CAMRY each have PNP modules that plug inline between the ECM and throttle pedal potentiometer. It simply clamps the output voltage of the potentiometer and then feeds the ECM a ramped signal. This is similar what a piggyback does to the MAF signal.

If its lighter, will it cause vibration? How will it affect in a long run? And what should it be tourqed down to?
The 2AZ-FE is a very well balanced engine. Second Order harmonics is where the engine damage really comes from. This is taken care of by the internal balance shafts. Read more about this here. ---> http://www.club-tc.com/forums/engine...nce-shaft.html. Only one person that I know of has had any issue with their LW crank pulley. I believe that it was due to material failure. I have had one on my car for over 30K miles. The torque value should be stated by the manufacturer and the torque limitations of the OEM crank bolt which is set at 133ftlbs torque.
Here are the instructions for the TD supplied bolt for the TRD S/C.
Clean and coat the threads of the TRD Hi-Strength 12-Point Bolt with
Red Loctite 272 Thread Locking Compound or equivalent.
Install into crankshaft pulley. Using the SSTs and
a 1/2 inch drive TORQUE WRENCH,
Torque to 150 ft-lbs.
