    Question intake

    hey i just both a 07scion tc and i was wondering if the cold air intake had the same affect on a automatic tc then a manual? cuz i was looking foward to installing one on mine and its automatic

    i have an 07 and i can't even find an intake for my car. all the intakes out there are for the 05 06"s

    i noticed that..i was hoping that was just outdated information....i don't think there is one however for the 07 yet...whats different between these models?

    the 07 bracket is different on for the maf. i purchased one online that was for an 05 06 and like you i just thought it was out dated waited for a week for this thing got it and found out it didn't fit. needless to say i said a few choice words. i think i was so mad i even came up with new ones.

    that really...really...really...sucks. This WAS going to be my next purchase, but looks like im going to have to hold off on it, or I might get in touch with ZeroPoint and see what it would take for them to fabricate one for me... in case you don't know who ZeroPoint is...I will tell you that they are one of the leading companys to mod out the tC. in fact, as far as i know they were the first company to my knowledge to build the first turbo for it...uh mazing.

    the only thing that i don't like about the trd stuff is that it is only suppose to give you a minimal boost. the other aftermarket crews are push more power out of there parts. i think that trd is trying to give you a boost without getting anywhere near threating your cars engine.

    It will but, cai's give the most gains in the mid and high rpm's. U can high rev a 5 speed but, not the auto. So in other words u might not really feel it to much.

    as far as the whole boost thig goes your not going to feel much from modifications in an automatic. the only way you wil is if you turbo or supercharge it. other wise you'll end up like me when i had a lancer and you'll make alot of noise but not a lot of go.

    Giving any engine more air being auto or manual will improve perform
    Im changing out of my drop in k&n witch wasnt bad for$50
    Here is my question what is the best Cool air intake. Ive seen post with dyno results but found out the winner was the company doing the biased opinion
    So many out there i want the best... Keeping this car natural ass(no turbo)
    Help please

    All signs point to fuijta....
    Hmm... Black or silver
    Did you notice change in sound and power?
    Also, any tricks on install that avoid any
    Check engine lights?
