If you searched the site for DIY's and found nothing, you may want to ask NavyLife. As far as the intake manifold goes, I wouldn't waste the money on one, you not going to see any significant gains. Our OEM intake manifold works well as it is. Replacing our exhaust manifold and upgrading to a header is just some bolts, what the torque spec is, I am not to sure. We should have Navylife give this site a breakdown of proper torque specs on the Scion tC. Last I checked, I do not believe you need a gasket for the header, the OEM gasket off of the exhaust manifold works just fine, if I am wrong please correct me. I know the pullies require a torque spec as well.
