For those in need of the tach signal, here is where you can access it.
RPM signal circuit Camshaft position and crankshaft position are detected by the camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor. Camshaft position is input as a control signal to TERMINAL G2+ of the engine control module, and engine RPM is input into TERMINAL NE+. The Tach signal is fed to the black wire at pin 9 on the DLC3 connector aka CAN port aka OBDII port as depicted in attachment 838. Attachment 836 Attachment 839 Attachment 838 Attachment 837
