When I was shopping around, I saw that one as well. I really wanted the Meagan Drift Spec cat back and there was a national back order at the time, so the guy tried to sell me on the Tsudo one. I watched the various Tsudo ones on YouTube for literally hours and compared with the Meagn before deciding to wait for the Megan.

I honestly thought the Tsudo sounded like crap. It also looks to hang seriously low to the ground.

I ended up getting the the Megan and am very happy with it. I was not impressed with what I saw on the Tsudo honestly.

Megan axle-backs have gotten decent reviews, but I have to warn you to be very careful to inspect the quality of the unit. There other exhaust products have been known poor quality in design, craftsmanship, and materials. I believe that there products are from offshore like China which would explain the nationwide backorder.

There is one way to protect yourself from any possible bad products from any company that you have order from. First, do not have the package delivered to your home. Have it delivered to the closest distribution center of the delivery company. When the clerk brings you the package, tell them that you want to inspection the contents before you accept delivery. This should not be a problem, but if it is you can tell them that you are not sure this is the right package for what you ordered. If the product looks defective, cheap, or not as advertised, then you can refuse delivery. The shipper has no choice but to send it back. They will notate a "refusal of delivery" to the sender. Get a copy of this. If you are smart and paid with a credit card (not a a VISA or M/C Bank card), you can dispute the payment. Credit Card companies will give you grief and may not support your case if you have possession of the product.

This has been from my experience. Your credit card company policies may differ. Just keeping ya in the know.

I heard terrible things about Megan Racing from PTuning and I kinda trust them. They said they have had all sorts of fitment issues with Megan products and they simply are shoddy quality and don't recommend them to anyone.

Interesting. I have their cat back and it fit very well, lined up great, welds looked excellent, no complaints at all thus far. It certainly sounds great too.

You guys are making me sad! I was so proud of mine!

I trust navy's opinion. And I definitely trust PTuning. If they can make a tC be a prize winning timeattack car, I think they know what's up. The parts rust easily and also over time, the gaskets that fit the exhaust pieces together come apart. When I asked my friends at PTuning, about Megan, they all just laughed. The best way they could describe their parts was like a knock off Louis Vuitton bag that's made in Taiwan or China town. It looks good but it isn't the real thing.

Yeah, but I actually HAVE the megan. After all the time I spent researching it before hand, I feel like an a$$ now.

Why didn't anyone warn me before?? So am I like the laughing stock now?

    I'm very sad.

I know. I feel bad. I kinda got screwed on my fog lights and I was trying to avoid that. I have this problem of not listening to people. Did you get it from Megan directly? Just double check the warranty stuff if you start to experience any issues.

I ordered it from a parts distributer, but I'm sure there's some kind of warranty. The car sits in storage for at least half the year anyways.

Like I said, so far it's been great. I don't anticipate any problems. I'm just mad because I spent SO MUCH TIME researching first, and nobody warned me or said anything to make me feel different. But all the sudden I hear it's crap.

How did you get screwed on the fog lights? First you call me and tell me you like them because they are unique, then you turn around and text me to say that you hate them lol. What gives?

Tsudo and Apex are cheap ebay brands. Apex-i is a reputable brand, but without the hyphen and the lower case "i", it's junk. I had a 95 Accord and was young and dumb... and poor. Ebay was great to me. The products were not.

Don't feel bad about having a Megan axelback. I have a Fujita CAI. Turns out it throws the CEL forever because they didn't keep up with Toyota's replacement (real word?) of the MAF. Did anyone else buy Fujita?

I don't dispute everyone's input, I'm just frstrated because nobody warned me before hand.

I have to say, it sounds outstanding. Not ricey at all. Nice low rumble. I'm happy so far with it. Maybe I'm ghetto.
