Yeah I hear what your saying, I have been under my tC a few times, but only to install LED lighting, but I did notice the piping is rather simple, compared to other cars I've seen. The custom shop that is doing my whole exhaust from front to back said about 2 hrs to do the work. I don't have the time, patience or tools required to mess with exhaust. The cost is to do the work is up in the air right now until I bring the car in with the header, Cat and muffler.

oh ok well if u fiind out it isnt that bad let me know. i know thats ur show and not mine but its a nice guess lol. i have access to a lift and i have normal tools. idk what else i need

I am not really too sure whatelse you'll need. I know a pipe bender, welder, wrenches, sockets and patience would help.

Sorry for being late to the party. Where abouts you live in Texas? The rural counties don't even do visual inspections but the more metropolis counties do a visual. The Dezod's unit is a s-pipe back which means replaces the secondary catalytic converter. This would cause issue on a true visual inspection. You could argue that the cat is in the header so you might You could also opt, as Cadence said, to have a high performance cat installed along with the Dezod unit. Resonators and glasspacks can be added to subdue the fart can sound.
