As far as Headers go. I have the stock headers, cold air intake, and TRD exhaust.
Any recommendations on headers to buy?

Any recommendations on headers to buy?
I will make this short, sweet and to the point:
4-1 Header (Mid-High Torque Range)
4-2-1 Header (Low-Mid Torque Range)
The header choice is really up to you and what your looking to get out of your tC. Most people will tell you to go w/ a 4-2-1 Header (Weapon-R). DC Sport, Alphawerks, OBX and Strup are also good popular name brands. While your looking at header choices, get yourself a Down-Pipe/S-Pipe (Invidia), the OEM down-pipe/s-pipe is very restrictive on our tC's. I would also highly recommend talking to Jet-Hot.com and have your header Jet-Coated, well worth the money and helping to cut down on heat is always a plus. You'll also need a CEL Eliminator/Anti-Fouler, you can buy one from the auto parts store or possibly from the header manufacturer themselves.

Could not get any shorter or sweeter than that, save for whip cream and a cherry on top.

I've been looking at the weapon r personally
Just make sure you get a CEL Eliminator which Weapon-R sells and I would also advise on upgrading the OEM resonator w/ either a Moroso Spiral Flow or one from Magnaflow. The CEL Eliminator was the last piece I needed in order for me to get my exhaust and header done, so now I can make an appointment w/ my exhaust shop.

the moroso spiral looks nice might get the 2.5
however magnaflow has a nice stainless MagnaFlow Exhaust Products - For Trucks, Suv's, American Muscle, Diesel, & Sport Compact Vehicles theres the link
Can't go wrong with Magnaflow products. They are top-notch. You will want to stay with 2.25" piping if you are staying N/A in the long-term. 2.5" piping would cause you to loose some low-end torque and low-mid throttle response.

has anyone heard of tsudo? ive heard both positive/negative things about their headers. might be a little cheaper than weapon-r but it comes with the s-pipe all for 250
I have heard of Tsudo, to the best of my knowledge, haven't heard anything negative about them.

yeah it wont build enough pressure but what's the point on the spiral? wouldnt that reduce airflow
Unknown what benefit the spiral flow gives. As the exhaust gas flows thru this spiral, I can think of 2 things it might be doing. First, as the gases are forced to make a continual turn in the spiral, it is creating friction which is slowing down the velocity of the exhaust which can be construed as back-pressure. Whether or not there is a performance difference from that type of back-pressure and that of, let's say, a catalytic converter is up for debate. The second possibility, and the selling point, is a reduction in the higher range of frequencies (bees in a can, fart can, ping, or what else you want to call it) and attenuation of the overall Decibel level. Because there is a constant state of friction between the exhaust flow and the spiral walls, the higher frequencies should shed off (attenuate) but are not canceled as there would be no out-of-phase reflective waves to cause the cancellation.
About Tsudo; The company is called Tsudo Performance. A WHOIS lookup for the tsudoperformance.com domain registry provided little else. Apparently, the Domain Registry databases have been locked down forcing you to have to pay for extended information on the Registrant. In the good old days of the World Wide Web, one could find out a plethora of useful information on Domain owners. This was a surefire method to determine if a website was owned by a foreign company. Being that Tsudo is located in California, the limited method of contacting, the extensive vehicle applications for their exhausts, and the reported poor fitment of their product; I surmise that this is actually an off-shore company, mostly China, with the US location being an importer.
Here is one vid that you should checkout of a Tsudo product owner's review on a 2010 Scion tC. YouTube - Consumer Alert - Tsudo 2010 Scion tC N1 v3 S-Pipe-back Catback Exhaust System
