Look at my Project tC under the Member Rides forum. You can see that we have similar mods with the exception that I have a 9PSI pulley, full exhaust, and Greddy Ultimate E-manage. I was dyno tuned by Kenny Tran with a safe tune at 228.4WHP @ 500ft above sea level. Comparing mods it would be safe to estimate that your producing between 215-225WHP on the TRD tune and no e-manage.

As most of you have experienced and so has my Son with his RS 3.0, the 2AZ-FE can sometimes produce more power. This is due to the VVT-i adjusting the power output as it learns the driver's style. With my car it is very noticable. I would say that the power output ranges from 210-240WHP with my 228.4WHP being in the middle. My Son thought that there was something wrong with his car because the power level jumped enough for even a novice driver.

Basically that's correct. The ECM is a learning computer that adjusts timing, Intake cam timing, and fuel flow to compliment your driving style. The alogorithyms are set to provide you with a spirited ride when you romping on the pedal alot, but then pull everything back when you drive normal for better economy.
When I received my TRD reflash, I was instructed by TRD and the Dealership to give the install about 100 miles of normal driving before going hard on it. There seems to be alot of people angry that for all that money that got not much more in performance. Well, that was because the owners first impression was driving out of the Dealership. The ECM needs a number of inputs over a length of time to realign everything to the new alogorithyms. I found this to be quite true.
