No, less than spirited. You are supposed to reset your ECM then drive somewhat conservatively for about 50 miles, to let the ECM adjust itself.

You HAVE to reset the ECM to let it recurve the base maps. That is the only way that you are going to get the full potential of the pulley upgrade. Belt slippage can be indicated by a squeel. You may see the outside of the belt get shiny. A boost gauge can show you a loss in boost at the rev limit, a sign of belt slippage or a leak at the BPV
