Default Help with BPV

Hey guys...I just got my supercharger put in my 2006 and i've read the forums up and down....I know that the standard Bosch BPV that comes with the supercharger leaks boost so I purchased the Bosch Sport 110 BPV...The question I have is whether or it is DIY or whether or not it should be taken to a shop? Thank for all your help without these forum id still be stock!!

It is a very simple swap; 2 wormgear clamps. Just make sure to install the replacement in the same orientation, tighten the clamps snug (do not overtighten), and check for any leaks. Should be a 5-10 minute job.

Looks almost exactly. The Scion techs aren't that knowledgeable to figure it out. There are no Scion techs, they are Toyota techs. Trust me, most tC owners are the true experts on our rides. I know, I know. There are a few Toyota techs that actually know alot about tC's, but not the average.
