Exclamation will s/c work with my aftermarket parts??

I was debating back and forth whether i should turbo or s/c. I've come to the conclusion by not spending too much but getting a great deal of power i chose to get the s/c. I haven't bought it yet i'm trying to find somewhere for a good price but the question is will it work with my after market parts. I have an 07 tc with an Injen CAI performance headers, lightweight crank pulley on top of other parts. If anyone can help me out here i would appreciate it.

everything but the intake should work, but you can always sell it to recoup your losses.
