    Exclamation supercharger prblem!

    I take it that you are looking for a tool to remove the tamper-proof bolt? No one (TRD, Dealership) will offer a tool to remove the bolt. Dealerships are not authorized to work on the S/C, just install them. TRD has no spare parts, they just junk any defective S/C kits as a right off.

    There are a few methods to remove the bolt. They are weld a socket onto the bolt, the other, to drill and easy out. Both methods should be done with the S/C off the car and destroys the bolt. Replacement bolt should be this;
    Bolt, 3/8-24 x 1 x 9/16 WF, Grade 8

    okay i finished the pulley yesterday and its ****ing on turbos lol
    I had to grind up the old proof-cap bolt to take it off
    right now its running perfect no problems and i suggest to torque it to 40 lbs
    i didnt even need to take off the supercharger
    if any questions on this ask me.

    PS next im getting a Greddy catback!
