Default TRD s/c tamper-proof key, bypass valve ? and speed limiter flash

If this post is in the wrong place let me know. Thanks.

Now, I'm trying to get a hold of someone in the Fayetteville, NC area who has the TRD s/c tamperproof key so I can swap my 85mm pulley for a 55mm one, without grinding the bolt down and without having to find a machine shop that will make me one. If someone is in the area, please let me know and we can get in touch. Also, I need to find out info on the stock bypass valve and if there is a somewhat simple way to either increase its boost hold or replace it with one that does what I need, without replacing the stock piping. Its just a temporary performance fix until I have the cash for pTuning's SS turbo kit.
And I would like to find out if anyone has been able to flash the stock ECU's speed limiter.

    Thanks

You're only option is to have a nut(14mm nut sounds good) welded to the tamper proof bolt, then take and impact gun to it, I've done this twice now, of course it is easier to get it done if you take out the shaft, that way you can take that in some where they weld and get it done, good luck.

This will answer most of the questions that you had asked me earlier. There is no verified work around the speed limiter save going with a full stand-alone. Some tuner in Puerto Rico stated that he could fool the ECM with the advance features of the Greddy Ultimate for bypassing the Rev Limiter but this too has not been verified. As I stated before, best to stay away from the 55mm pulley until a resolution for the belt slip can be found.

As far as the bypass valve, there are several new bypass valves on the market but the Bosch 110 valve used on Volvos.
