First off, you'll gain very little if anything w/ a performance chip. An Emanage/Piggyback is more logical w/ forced induction than N/A. Don't waste the money on it to spend $400-$600 and gain less than 50HP. Now as far what mods you'll need to allow for boost will be as follows:
* bigger injectors
* upgraded fuel pump
* pistons
* engine block/heads
* turbo manifold
* 2.50'' exhaust piping
* port/polish if you can find a machine shop to do it
* upgrade the transmission to hold the added torque/HP
** Keep in mind a manual transmission can push more boost/PSI than a automatic. You may want to refer to Dezod.com or FastScions.com to see what other parts your going to need. A turbo upgrade in most cases is very expensive and you'll want the job done right the first time so you don't ruin/blow your engine/tranny. I would also consult w/ NavyLife and he can further explain what you'll need to have done. Hope this helps you out and keep in touch.
