    650-850cc injectors should be plenty.

The TRD S/C shipped with 440cc injectors which were good up to 10PSI, maybe 12PSI with some saturation. Suggest 550cc injectors and a 255lph Walbro fuel pump for anything over 12PSI. Most critical, you will need the TRD maps reflash module. It does not matter what piggyback controller you plan on using, this reflash is essential for performance and engine safety. This will need to be done at a Dealership or Authorized Toyota Tech Net rep. They should have this or be able to get it for you. Simple for them to do and not too expensive.
