i paid $300 + $20 tip. i however got 5% all around and 20% on the entire windshield... if you get legal tint it should be less then $200...

Your both lucky, the legal tint in RI is 70% which is nothing, but there are so many cars with tint. The cops (knock on wood) don't really harass you unless you give them problems, I just had 20% put on and it really cleans up the look of the car.

Just got my black sand Tc 2007 in NJ they are strict but now don't need inspection for 4 years so going to broke with the the tint hope the cops have a sense of humor!!!!

ha cops with a sense of humor. if you live in a little town like me the cops have no sense of humor. they have nothing better to do than harass tuners. i swear i have an intake on my car and as i drive through town and the engine echos off the buildings i feel like i'm putting out a hey come get me beackon. all the cops are on my ass and i usually have some cop on a motorcycle that will follow me where ever i go trying to hide in traffic waiting for me to blow out its agravating.
