In Texas, the driver is responsible for everyone wearing their seatbelt. The State will come at you hard if there are any injuries or death related to this. Also, the local yokels can give you a seatbelt ticket for your passengers that are not properly belted. Yeah, that means that hot honey hang'n topless thru your sunroof is gonna get you in trouble!!!

I will take care of this.

I would also like to say that in most states it is the law the wear your seatbelt. Even if it is not the law, they could in fact save your life if you are ever in an accident.... this has been proven millions of times now!

Of course, we live in a free country and you are free to take your chances. I just hope no one here is ever injured in a car accident...
