Well to be frank, they suck. I have a 06 with the Yokos and they are not good in the snow. I live in IL and with the tC being my only car, its hard to avoid driving in snow. I would recommend if you have the extra cash to get a set of good snow tires if you live in a area that gets snow often. Otherwise, I would just be careful.

i drove my car in the snow today and itabsolutely sucked! i was going under 20 the whole time and i skidded 4 times! one out of the 4 times i almosted crashed into the guy in front of me but i layed on my horn so he moved. i really dissapointed. i have the red edition of the scion that came with the black summer wheels. i love the black wheels but i think i might have to get some plain winter wheels. rather change the wheels for a few months than crash my car...

hey steph116 congrats on ur new Tc...anyways, yes the stock tires on the Tc are not very good in the snow....if you view the thread "Winter Driving" you can see other peoples feedback on it...i agree with Angelic, if you have the xtra cash get ur self a good set of winter wheels otherwise be very careful while driving in the snow..especially if you live in the midwest or east coast theres no way to avoid the snow..wish you the best
