i just bought a 08 scion TC and i wanted to buy new halo headlight projectors or a carbon fiber hood and if the 05-07's would fit on a 08 and for rims if 19x8.5 would fit without rubbing the fenders or anything ? THANX

dont the 08's come with projector headlights? carbon creations is by far the best carbon fiber company i have found. do you plan on lowering the car at all cause if you do you might have some rubbing trouble.

no there just halogen lights, so ur saying the parts for the 05-07's should fit on a 08? and i dropped it 25mm with the groundseffect kit

the only thing that wont fit from 05 -07 are cald air intakes and headers from what i know. i have an 07 tc. if i find out anything else out ill let you know. good people to ask questions to are navylif and nick o6 tc both real knowledgeable. what else did you get done to it from the factory?

i got the trd strut bar, shocks, lowering springs, exhaust and kit and pedestal spoiler lol so u think id have a problem with the rims tho? cuz i want to put these nice 19x8.5's on it and 215/35/19 yoko tires

same stuff i did except i didnt get a spoiler. and i have a supercharger. i think you might have some issues with them and if im correct it will lower your torqe there is some equation you can do to figure it out but i dont know it : ) but i think you might have some rubbing issues with speed bumpr or sharp turns when your car dips into a corner. did you get an auto or man?

konig makes some really nice 18's. that you wouldnt have any trouble with. there was a post on here with it i will look for it.

Black/chrome IMAO. I believe that you will have some rubbing issues on 19x8's if you lower your ride height. Add some friends in the back and it will definately. There are guys out there on 19's. You should research a little more. For calculating wheel/tire offset/size, try this tool.

For your lights, just purchase a HID conversion kit and keep your stock assemblies. They are projectors so you would not be blinding people.

I have popped the hood on an '07 and '08 tC. AFAIK the intake are identical, but that is just a visual inspection. Your Scion parts guy should be able to see if these year models are interchangible in their computers. If same part number, then you can order an '07 aftermarket part.

I have 19" UnKnowns on my car. I havent lowered it or anything yet, but I dont have any problems.

As far as the wheels, it all depends on offset. Some people rub on 17inch wheels some people are ok on 20"s

its all about offset.
