Default Replacing serpentine belt?

Anybody know if you need a special tool for the tensioner pulley? What other options to r/r serpentine belt? Dealer wants $100 just for labor. Im sure with the special tool for tensioner it should take no more than 5 min.

19MM 6-point socket on a tensioner bar. It is a tight squeeze to get a shallow socket on a socket wrench in there.

I'm not familiar with a tensioner bar, is it the same thing as a breaker bar?

navylife59 thanks for the reply! That thread is almost 3 mos. old. I was able to get a breaker bar w/ a shallow socket to adjust the tensioner. I should have just brought it back to toyota for warranty on the belt and pulley. I forgot it was still under warranty which is why I went w/ trd sc in the first place.

Your motor looks sick! Good job on motor and mods!
