Default just bought a tc

So I just got back from the dealer and am now the proud owner of a 2008 Black Sand Pearl Scion tc....i traded in my 2000 Celica GTS b/c it had some technical problems. But I have to wait a day or two b/c they had to order it b/c they didnt have any 5 speeds in stock. They gave me a prius to drive until the tc comes in....I really want to tint the prius windows to like 2% so that im not seen driving it.

I had a few mods on the Celi (CAI, cat back exhaust, short shifter) but I dont really plan on modding the tc.

If i do anything to it it will be for appearance...maybe a cf hood...the only problem is i was looking around at parts last night and i couldnt find anything for the 08...i was hoping that the aftermarket parts would fit all years but i guess not

I don't think there was any major change between the 07 and 08 so the 07 stuff would fit.

You could try scionlife.com, I'm on that one too but actually like this one better, its much easier to navigate around this one, but thats just my opinion. I frequent this one more than that one.

This is still a fairly new forum. We strive on providing real and accurate information that useful, relevant, and insightful. No games, no crap, and no BS. This is straight up for Scion tC enthusiasts from OEM to mild to wild. SL has it's place and we have ours. We do have one thing that SL has gotten away from; that is personal service. As Senior Tech/Moderator, I work hard at providing accurate information on this forum. Even though I post like a bizillion times, I don't know everything, but I do know others that do. I eat, breathe, and dream Scion tC. It is a heck of a car with a unique community of owners. Owners who get it and aren't a pack of dweebs. Ya'll deserve the best and that is my personal mandate.

If you choose to be a member of other forums, that is great; more shared information. Just keep up with Club-tC. We are about to start some awesome things that you won't be getting anywhere else.

Yeah I figured it wasn't that established yet...but I'm sure it will be soon enough.

Yeah, a more extensive DIY section would be great.
