Default Window Problems after sound system installed!! Please Help!!

Hi guys, I'm new here and this is my first post. I have a Scion TC "silver" I think is the best car you can get for the price. My mods are: Trd lowering springs, Ground effect kit, spoiler and my lates upgrade "yesterday" a 12" Xplore dual Coil on a small custom box with 1000 amp. This is all for now. The other reason I'm writing is because I'mhavinga small problem after I installed the sound system.

I have the Stock Pioneer radio with Ipod connectivity and I connected to it the "Hi/low" RCA output converter. I ran the RCA cables to the back (amp), then I ran the cables from the FL speaker (violet and pink), FR (light green and blue) all the way to the amp, and from the back speakers RL (brown and yellow), RR (red and white) to the amp aswell.

Now the problem I'm having is that I cannot bring up and down the passenger window from the driver side buttons (it does work from the passenger ones, but it won't "auto lock" so it goes up and dowm by itself)

Anybody had this problem before?, could anybody help me?

Thanks

Luis

I have a 2005 Scion TC and this happened to me also. I called CRUCHTFIELD were I bought my car stereo speakers and this is what they told me. Read below. Good Luck.

Power Window and Moonroof Reset

The power window system and power moonroof memorize their initial
position. If the battery is disconnected, a fuse burns out, or the
passenger's side power switch is disconnected, they lose their memory and need
to be reset. When this happens, the LEDs located in the power window
switches will blink when you turn on the car, the power windows
'one-touch' feature will no longer work, you will not be able to control other
windows from the drivers side and the power moonroof will not entirely
open. Follow these procedures to reset the systems:

resetting the power windows

step 1
Turn the key in the ignition to 'on'.

step 2
On the driver's side control, push down (do not use 'one-touch' down)
the power window switch for the driver's side window and lower the
window halfway.

step 3
Pull up (do not use 'one-touch' up) the power window switch until the
window closes and hold the switch for *at least* one second.

step 4
Repeat these steps for the passenger's side window on the passenger's
door window control. The windows should now open and close like they
should.

resetting the power moon roof

step 1
Turn the key in the ignition to 'on'

step 2
Keep pressing the sliding roof switch to the close side until the
center glass panel is fully closed.

step 3
If the switch remains pressed for approximately two more seconds after
the panel is fully closed, the sliding roof ECU memorizes the fully
closed position.

step 4
The center panel glass returns in the open direction a little and
informs that initialization is complete.

Any time you disconnect the battery their are certain parts of the car that need to be reset. Please refer to the following article.
