Why is the dash so big?

    Default Why is the dash so big?

    Am I the only one that thinks the dash is too big, specifically the bottom portion where our legs are. Maybe me being 5' 11" and 200 pounds I'm too big for a japanese car?

    Although I do find the interior pretty bulky, I believe the underside of the dash is large because the tc has knee airbags.

    I'm 6'1" and a solid 230, but I think the car actually fits quite comfortably. Maybe you're just used to larger cars. Or its all in your head.
