My Girl is hotter then your car; and your girl.
what kind of internals if any need to be upgraded on a tC to support 350whp?
2004 Saturn Ion Redline:
stg 2 w/ 3" pully - 15psi
k&n cai
diamond forged 10:1 pistons
arp headstuds
zzp hdr + dp
custom 3" cb
SMM's
B&G springs
water/meth inj
tuned
... much more ...
It all depends on how you get to that figure. 300WHP is easily made on just the stock internals/head. I would say that you could do it with some porting/polishing on the head on multi-angle valvejob. The car would definately have to be tuned very well. A standalone would be best here. From there you could go with forged pistons for extra safety.

They are fairly strong, but as you stated, you might as well do them too. You should also balance and blue-print the entire rotating assembly.
