Default How to convert tC odometer from Miles to Km ?

Hi there !
Just bought a 2007 tC but I need to change the odometer reading from Miles to Km. Must change also the temp reading from fahrenheit to celsius.
Any suggestions on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot...,
U.

You must, why? PM SquallLHeart. I believe that he can retrofit your gauges with different backgrounds. You will have a hard time setting up the scaling though. The tC is 100% Japanese, but the ECM speaks only Engrish.

Because I'm in Canada and all distances are measured in KM, also the temperatures are measured in degrees celsius. If that conversion could be done within the digital odometer it'd really be a lot easier for me.
Is there any info about this ?
Thanks.

afaik, the ECU isn't able to convert the odo to KM.. along with the temperature.

sorry... some of the newer cars out there can switch the speedo to KMH and the temp to C.. but that's as far as i know it goes... odo still stays in miles..

keep a calculator in your car...

Buy a scanguage II.

It has the ability to read speed in KMH or MPH.

true.. that'll work.. but even the stock gaugefaces does (though in a smaller font) contain KMH..

he's more concerned about his odometer reading out in KM.. which isn't gonna happen, afaik

Well, I am ready to take that leap and change over my gauge cluster the full nine yards.
