theres a flap in the stock muffler that opens it up when you floor the car. the stock muffler is split in half. the right side is at plate in between the middle and the where the exhause comes out. on the plate it looks like someone drilled a bunch of holes. in the middle is a solid metal with an inch round hole with a flapper like a turbo waste gate and on the left side in between the middle and far life is a metal plate that looks drilled with holes too. requires cutting it the muffler open and welding the flapper shut. quick way for loud buy a new exhaust

I was just going to say the muffler and you remove it by cutting it off. If you are interested in seeing a picture of the OEM muffler's guts go the bottom of this page:
