Exhaust system

I was wanting to buy an exhaust system for my 07 TC. There is one that scion makes and you can get it off their website but I didnt know what it would sound like. Does anyone have that exhaust and if so is it worth getting?

I'm gonna be getting the magnaflow exhaust. i think it sounds great. go on youtube and look around. I'm sure you can find the sound you want

i personally dont have an exhaust. but i hear nothing bad about the megan exhaust systems. also i think youre referring to the TRD exhaust. all i hear about that is how its not worth the money you pay for it. its somewhere around 400 i belive but it only gives like 3-4hp whereas other promise like 6-7hp. i personally love the sound of the megan. but there are so many out there. borla, magnaflow, megan, trd, those are just a few. like bdis3 said, look around on youtube. helps a lot

The exhaust is pretty quiet it has the obvious manufacturer sound. Doesn't really do much for you though. I went with custom dual exhaust that sounds great and has improved performance and mpg's. Only down side is the interior resonance is up there at highway speeds.

yeaa, thats the thing. with pretty much any speeds, if you have a loud exhaust, be ready to deal with it on the highway but it will help you with mpg, however, with most exhausts that run a 2.5" or 3" piping, you lose low end torque, but you gain power top speed and high rpm.

That is why I have Sony noise cancelling ear buds!!! Works in the Herc' and great in my tC.

It was good enough for flying next to 4 turboprops, so I thought,"Hmm, should work in the tC".
