Go to your auto store, but for most upholstery water and a little itty bit of soap with the soft side of a sponge should do the trick.
Not sure how long the chocolate has been sitting there though.

Hey raris+C, is their solutions have not worked for you yet, here is a little something I learned a while back that works.
Chocolate - Stain Removal on Carpet and Upholstery 1. Mix one teaspoon of a neutral detergent (a mild detergent containing no alkalies or bleaches) with a cup of luke-warm water. Blot. 2. Mix one tablespoon of household ammonia with a half-cup of water. Blot. 3. Repeat step one. 4. Sponge with clean water. Blot.

I had the exact same problem because of my wife. I just grabbed the steam cleaner and a damp wash cloth. It only took about 15 seconds before it all came out.
