Nope.
When modding, warranties get voided when you start replacing parts that cause other parts to go bad prematurely I.e. Replacing oem springs with lowering springs then your struts blow out. Warranty won't cover that. Replacing the axle back on your car won't void anything because it doesn't really put stress on anything else.
