congrats on the tC and welcome to the site!

what you do with your tC is all about you. if you haven't seen already, there are tons of things you can do to personalize your tC. but it all depends on what you're aiming to do: looks, power, handling, sound, etc.

one of the cheapest and effective mods is lowering springs. the three most popular brands for our car are TEIN, TRD, and Hotchkis. you cant go wrong with any of them.

the other first choice (what i did first) is intake and/or exhaust. i went with the Injen axle-back exhaust. most other tC owners go with Greddy or HKS. there are many choices with intakes as well: AEM, Injen, K&N, Weapon R, etc.

good luck with your tC. look around the site and ask all the questions you have.

it was more or less a general question for anyone to answer cuz i dont know...

but DC makes a reliable set of headers.
Weapon R makes a set as well that comes with the down-pipe - the next pipe in the exhaust system

those are two of the most reilable ones. look around the forum and talk to the people who have these headers

Go with the Weapon R. Looks good, high quality, 4-2-1, and built right. It also solves the OEM s-pipe restriction.

So like a weapon r intake, a 4-2-1 headers right? What confuses me are the pictures of the intakes some are longer and some are shorter and I don't know if short ram or just a cold air, what you think?

the longer ones are probably cold air and shorter ones short ram

injen makes an intake you can convert back and forth from cold air to short ram.

Because this one idiot guy told me that some intakes are illegal if they don't have some sort of sticker, anything I should be looking for?

Your emissions laws will vary from state to state.
