Squeaking in Dashboard
Does anyone else have a squeaking problem with their dashboard when going over bumps/rough roads? It seems to be coming from the central area near the A/C and radio. If I push down on the dashboard it seems to go away but a more permanent fix would be appreciated. I have an 08 TC with only 4000 miles if it helps any.

Your sure its coming from the dashboard? I know the tC is notorious for the roof ratting and squeaking around. If its coming from the dash I'm not sure how to fix that but if in fact it is the roof then there is a DIY on the forum on how to fix it.

I just noticed that today too. I'd say remove the vent housing and put a thin strip of 3m foam stripping behind it to insulate the rubbing. Do it correctly and you won't see it.
