hey man it sounds like clutch slip from what your describing, you wouldnt be hitting the rev limiter after a shift. your clutch is prob. beat if you drive like that always

So is the clutch slipping? The engine revs when the clutch is engaged?

Or is the car just hesitating then pulling?

more hesitating than slipping really rpms freeze for a sec or 2 than it starts pulling

That's not the clutch, that's prolly the drive-by-wire system.

There is no clutch cable, just a motor that opens & closes the clutch, actuated by the gas pedal which is electronic. All tcs have that problem.

With a clutch probles, you'll either have slipping, or the clutch not disengaging, causing mis shifting. My advice would be to take it to a dealer or reputable auto repair shop for diagnosis, not some tuner shop looking to make a buck off of a performance clutch install.

Bite the bullet and take it to a reputable shop then. Don't just start replacing parts hoping the problem gets fixed. You'll end up spending more money that way.

And if you're that concerned with the warranty then put the stock parts back on before you take it in - and don't say you're beating on your car. Just say something like "I was pulling on the highway, speeding up to merge, and this happened."

It is not your clutch. The stock clutch can handle alot of abuse and for alot more mileage than 20K. The Rev limit is 6200RPM. The clutch is hydraulically actuated sharing the reservoir of the brake master cylinder.
