Hello,
I was wondering if anyone here can help me i own a 2006 scion tc, about six months ago i purchased some HALO 9006 bulbs from the dealership anyways last week one of my headlights went out and a few days later the other went out. upon further inspection i noticed that the plugs that the bulbs go into were both melted all most all the way. I went to the dealership and they told me that because i used an aftermarket bulb (even though i purchased it from them) that i voided that warranty and would cost about 400 dollars to repair. Today i contacted halo and they are going to send me an adapter that plugs into the factory harness plugs (that are melted) so this does not happen again. however this still leaves me with melter plugs and possibly but hopefully not fried wiring, does anyone here know a do it yourself to replacing the plugs and where to get the parts or anything that can help me out because i am driving with my highbeams on and people are not very happy with me.
any help will be much appreciated
thanks
