I like to brag about that story sometimes to friends LOL. I was so excited when I found the car. I had to keep from seeming too excited at the lot.

Yeah, Car Max is def pretty stupid sometimes.

They were all proud of themselves because they short changed me by about a grand on my trade in. The joke is on them LOL. I got them for like 10 times as much LOL.

Idiots.

But their pricing is one thing that sets Carmax apart from your typical dealership. I would recomment them to anybody ^_^

Oh, no doubt.

Don't get me wrong, I am not doggin' Car Max or anything. My buying experience was good. Very nice people and I like the whole no haggle price concept. They are known for great customer service and etc.

I just thought it was hilarious that they had no idea how to price a TC with a sh!t ton of upgrades on it LOL.

PS, my car's original owner was from VA and somehow the car ended up in Indiana (I had it transferred to Chicago from Indiana so I could look at it).

I see a couple of you are from VA. If any of you know someone who bought a blue TC, dumped a ton of money into it just to get rid of it after 2 years, tell him "thanx" for helping me out LOL!

I was wondering what happened to my blue tC, that I dumped tons of money into, but then 2 years later wrapped it around a pole before it fell into a lake causing massive flood damage... glad to see Carmax made SOME money off of it ~_^ and you're welcome

I got my car back in October '08 and it's an '05. It has 35k miles on it. The previous guy I guess bought it with the extras Scions provide the owners:

It's colour is Super White and it's a Manual with daaark tints. Too dark for NY but I bought it in NJ, where the tints are legal.
Mud guards
Rear bumper protector that makes no sense to me
Scion car mats - which is silly, this should never be an addon it should automatically be given.
The sound system is stock I don't think anything special was done to it, but after a month or so of owning it, I installed my sony hu.
Not sure if the rims I have are completely stock too or the option they had back in '05 (they're kinda in my sig)

all in all - she's prettiful

Redneck is correct. The rims are stock.
