Hi. I'm sort of new to the automotive scene and have never really fixed or modified anything on my car before. However, as is one of the misfortunes of commuting, I was driving to school one day and a chunk of metal from an 18-wheeler flew off and tore up the plastic paneling under my Tc. Only the front, center-most panel is damaged. I'll eventually get it replaced, but I don't currently have the time to do so. I was wondering if anyone out there knew how to remove this plastic panel...it starts to drag when I drive 65+mph and gets really annoying. I checked myself and found that the panel seems to be attached by some black plastic tabs of some sort. I would have removed it right then, but I didn't know if the tabs were supporting something else as well. Does anyone know how to remove this? And what tools(if any) would I need to do so? Thanks for your time. |
