My low beams on my HID kit don't work on either side, does anybody have a clue why they don't?

My low beams on my HID kit don't work on either side, does anybody have a clue why they don't?
Did you install them yourself? Are all the wires still connected?
Did you buy the correct bulbs and did you buy highbeam bulbs or low beam bulbs, can you link where you bought them from?
Is the plug on the ballast installed correctly? You could give us a call if you need any help. We sell our own kits for a low price, so we are pretty familiar with HID kits.![]()

I am having the same issue and it is driving me nuts, my high beam HID kits works fine but my low beam wont work...how did you fix this

He is pretty knowledgeable about the kits
I had a similar problem. It turns out that the tC headlamp plug is wired backwards the Toyota style connector on some ballast. If you can find a pni removal tool, you can pull the pins on the car harness and rearrange them back the opposite way. (ie pin1 to slot2 and pin2 to slot1). Did that and they started working.
