That would either be your TWC or secondary catalytic converter is clogged. Sometimes it can be isolated to a tank of bad gasoline. The autoparts stores carry an additive that is purported to clean your cat and help pass emission inspections. There could also be an exhaust leak somewhere past the secondary cat. Suggest that you take it to the Dealership to have it checked out.

Go ahead and have the Dealership replace it under warranty. That way you will have 100% working parts should you need to reinstall for emissions, repairs, or selling the car. If it is the TWC it is expensive and is part of the OEM header.
TWC - Three-Way Cat
A clogged/failed cat will raise EGT's and lower MPG's.
