Yes, you would have to bake your headlights open and then install them around the reflector housing.

Yeah, it's something to do with their website. Just refresh the page until something comes up.

Lights look good. That site seems pretty spendy though. If I remember correctly, I've seen the VRDs for a bit cheaper. Also, they spelled recommended, wrong. I dunno, kinda odd. As long as it's the same brand, it doesn't matter where you buy them from, right? I'd look around...

Actually, that's a great price for VRD's. I'm somewhat leary of whether or not they're actually the VRD brand.

Here they seems to be the same product, but cheaper.

aree those like legit?
I made a mistake once when I saw a product that I thought said Bride. In reality, it said Bride style. Both of these sites advertise them as VRDs. Looks legit to me.

They look correct, but the decision is up to you.

Contact the seller and ask for a pic of the box and/or the manufacturers label on the product.

From those who have installed a pair of headlights on their own: how difficult is this on the tC? Me and my cousin installed a pair of headlights on my old focus once and it was a PAIN! So I'm wondering if I will be able to install a pair on my tC by myself (if it involves anything besides unbolting the old headlights and unpluggin the wires it is probably out of my skill range) or if I should take this in somewhere to have it done?
Installation is actually quite simple and straightforward, even though, it has many steps. Taking the bumper cover off is not difficult Just have to remember to put all the fasteners back in the right place. The How-To article has good pics to follow. I say DIY. You will be glad for the experience. Just be sure to fully install (turn) the bulbs to prevent moisture buildup.
