Default Sister recked her TC, Should i buy it?

So my sister got in a minor crash the other day and i towed it to an autobody shop that deals with my insurance company

the estimate the guy did was about

4000 for parts, and 3000 for labor, the insurance company considered it a total loss

    mileage is about 48000
the car was in good condition had no major problems etc, it started when i arrived at the accident but i had it towed just cause it was leaking raditor fluid.

On his parts estimate the only thing structure wise he put is "pull and square unibody frame "

The left headlight, some hoses for the radiator, the left panel, the hood and the bumper all were damanged. I'll post some pictures but i'm hoping i can take it to an autobody shop and get it working in good condition for at least 1/2 the price the guy estimated considering i would use aftermarket parts etc.

i don't know i'm considering buying it, what's a good price to barter with the insurance company for it?

also my sister has gap insurance with toyota, i was wondering if i decided to buy the vehicle from the insurance company would it be a seperate transaction from her ACV check the insurance company sends her?

How much do you think it would actually cost me to repair the vehicle just to drive it myself?

First, I Pray that you Sister is OK.

Crumple Zone to the rescue! As nasty as that looks, the car did as it was designed and absorbed most of the impact. The car looks very repairable. Would be a great car for a widebody kit and CF hood. Did any airbags deploy?

The wheel does not look damaged so the lower control arm and K-Member should be OK. How did the accident happen, aka what was hit? I would have a reputable autobody shop straighten the frame in the front if it needs it and do the rest of the work yourself to save money.
    How Fast Was I Going?
