anyone have an after market remote start?

I had one installed in my last car less then professionally and my locks and doors were never the same, or worked properly!

I'm not a DIY person I know nothing about car mechanics or auto body stuff, and I'm afraid to mess things up! haha


Just looking for suggestions on where to start looking at the remote start, or should i skip it and be doomed for cold winters and hot summers with no remote start?
