Default Difference b/t HP, WHP, BHP?

Hey guys . . . total newbie here. So, exactly what are the differences b/t HP, WHP, and BHP? I wanna upgrade the performance of my tC. What are your thoughts? Please help. Thanks!!

HP: Horse Power: Just that, usually refers to BHP
BHP: Brake Horse Power: Horse power as measured at the crankshaft of the engine using a brake dyno
WHP: Wheel Horse Power: Horse power as measured at the drive wheels using a chassis dyno

You may also see these refering to horse power measured on a chassis dyno:
AWHP / AHP: All Wheel Horse Power
RWHP / RHP: Rear Wheel Horse Power
FWHP / FHP Front Wheel Horse Power

Hey, thank you. I read different car magz and euros use BHP and many american ones use HP/WHP. Confuses me a bit. Thanks anyway.
